We deliver to anywhere in the world,Mostly we ship by DHL,it is safe,fast and cheap,also it is door to door service,very convenient,If you like to use any other way,it is also ok to us,just inform us is ok
3)_Can I cancel my order and change wedding dresses after payment?
All orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase, as we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment, so we cannot change the dress and refund under any circumstances.
Thus please kindly confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements with us before your payment.
4)_Will I be required to pay import duty by my country's Custom House?
Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal import.
5)_Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.
6)_How long will it take until my wedding dress is delivered?
Normally, it will take us 15-25 days to make your wedding dresses, and another 5 working days to get to you. So the product can reach you about 30 days.
7)_What if the store doesn't have the design I want?
We can also make wedding dresses from pictures. If you can't find a right style in our store, then you can email us the pictures of dress you want, and we can make replica for you.
