2.Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you.And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.
3)_Can I cancel my order and change wedding dresses after payment?
All orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase, as we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment, so we cannot change the dress and refund under any circumstances.

4)_Will I be required to pay import duty by my country's Custom House?
Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal import.

Normally, it will take us 15-25 days to make your wedding dresses, and another 5 working days to get to you. So the product can reach you about 30 days.
